Chinese Business Visa (F)

Chinese business visa (F) is given those who are doing business in China. Participant in a trade/industrial exhibition, attend business convention, or any business purposes.

Chinese Business Visa Requirements

1. PASSPORT

If you are applying for a business visa in China, you must have your own passport. It must have a blank visa page and must still be valid for at least six months, 3  last pages and amendment pages will not be considered by China Embassy.

2. APPLICATION FORM

Applicants must be filled out completely the application form V2011 A (4 pages) in the computer and must  be  printed -out and then signed. (For a soft copy, just click this China Visa Application Form.  Failure to follow this guideline might lead your application to a rejection by the embassy and there is $30 resubmission fee.

3. PHOTOPGRAPH

Each Chinese Business Visa application must have one passport size photo

4. COPY OF DATA PAGE OF YOUR PASSPORT:

All applicant must make copy of their passport date page where your picture is located and attach it to application

5. BUSINESS LETTER

You must have your company letter or a letter from China inviting you and attached to your application.

6. OUR ORDER FORM

7. PAYMENT METHOD:

Make a check to “Chinese Visa Express” which combines Embassy fees, our service fees/surcharge fees and UPS/Fed Ex fee, together in one payment. See China Visa Fees. ( Cashier’s check, Money order, Business check, Personal check accepted). We do not accept Credit Card.
